  1. Cathy,
I know when I was in the hospital, having computer access and being able to communicate prayer requests and praises was vital to my recovery as well as just writing about my feelings about the process. I hope that you will find blogging to do the same for you and am glad that you will keep us up to date. Praying that God gives you the strength to endure this race.

  2. We continue to lift you and your sweet family in prayer. I'm told that you will love having the port. My dad was very apprehensive at first, but quickly discovered what a wonderful convenience it is. Please keep us posted on specific ways we can pray for you!

  3. Cathy,
We are praying for you! We need to get Will and Wes and Peyton and Claire together soon. Perhaps we can take the boys for a few hours one day? Claire is really missing Wes. I know Peyton and Will are texting a lot.

I hope things go well for you in Houston! We are truly praying for you and your sweet family.

  5. Cathy,

I just received the email from Randy about the chemo. I'm sorry for what you are going through, I had no idea. I miss you all so much. Tell the boys hello and if you have time drop me a line on how Wes is doing in Therapy. I miss all my clients and often think about them over the years and wonder how they are progressing. Is he walking yet? We will pray for you and your family in this trying time. May God bless you and keep you safe. Love you, Cyndi

  6. Likewise the Spirit also helps us in our weakness, for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. May the Lord hear our prayers and your prayers and give you peace, provision, strength and good news! -- Love, Gerry and Ouida

  7. Dear Cathy,
Randy's e-mail caught me totally by surprise. I am completely in the dark. Know that we love you and I treasure our long talks (with Sherry) back in Atlanta. You are such a source of inspiration. I will check frequently for updates. Keeping you close to my heart in prayer.
    Love you, Kelli

  8. Dear Cathy,
I too was surprised by Randy's email, but very glad that he sent it. It saddens me to know you are going through this, and that I can't do something more concrete for you since you're so far away. I will pray that you will have the strength and peace that you, Randy and the boys need to bring healing. Please keep us updated as you can.
    Love, Dana

So sorry to hear the news...Cathy told me. I'm glad to see the blog up and wanted to let you know that I'm praying for you and your family many times a day - as are my church here and all the folks at Wayside Cross.
    Much love, Lorraine
